Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a deeply relaxing, holistic therapy that works with the cause, not just the symptom.

​The treatment offers a powerful experience of stillness which allows profound changes to occur at a very deep level. You may also feel subtle or gross movements occurring as your body works to realignand balance, so allowing the healing of illness, traumas and pain.

Aches, pains and illness are usually a result of underlying trauma, which can result from an accident, illness or directly from emotional upheaval.  This trauma is stored in the body as trapped energy. By creating the right conditions, the body is able to free the trapped energy and facilitate profound healing at all levels: physical, mental, energetic and emotional.
